HKK’s Aqua-Series II® Chain is the perfect choice where corrosion resistance and high strength is needed. Aqua-Series II chains are designed to provide maximum corrosion resistance, far superior to Zinc or Nickel plated chains, while maintaining the strength and durability of our Superior Capacity Plus carbon steel chain. A two-step treatment process done before the chain is assembled ensures all chain components are fully treated. All Aqua-Series II chains are standard with cold-forged solid bushings and rollers.
Many applications can benefit from the Aqua-Series chains. Aqua-Series II performs best in neutral pH applications and becomes gradually less effective the further from neutral pH the environment is. Most HKK chains can be manufactured with our Aqua-Series treatment. HKK stocks most single pitch, double pitch, double strand, metric sizes and attachments in Aqua-Series II.
